I set up accounts with Gliffy Online (flowchart) and Bubbl.us (mind map). The accounts were easy to set up.
If I read Gliffy correctly, you only get 5 public/private diagrams with the Gliffy Online Basic Account. If you have a lot of flowcharts that you need to create, then the Basic Account would not be sufficient. This is most likely an enticemen to sign up for one of their paid accounts. I did a flowchart just to try it out, and I had difficulty getting the text to "center" in the middle of the shapes I used. Gliffy will give you the html code to imbed in your document or, you can save the flowchart as a .jpg and insert that in your document.
Bubbl.us was o.k. I didn't see where you could change the shapes. They were very basic rectangles and squares with rounded corners. The colors were nice, and there were darker borders around the shapes. Bubbl.us didn't offer a lot. There was no "help" button, but I guess that's because it was pretty basic. I like Inspiration better. That's what I have on my computer at school and also here at home.

I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. Inspiration is hard to beat. I guess it's just missing the collaborative piece.
